The Integration Analyst supports the design, development, and testing of system integrations for a large-scale modernization initiative. Working under the direction of the Integration Lead, this role is responsible for gathering integration requirements, documenting interfaces, supporting testing activities, and assisting with the delivery of API-based and event-driven integration solutions.

The Integration Analyst will work with business stakeholders, application teams, data teams, and external partners to understand system interactions, data exchange requirements, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include interface analysis, requirements documentation, data mapping, testing coordination, issue tracking, and support for integration lifecycle activities.

During project execution, the Integration Analyst will assist with validating interfaces, coordinating testing activities, documenting integration specifications, and supporting deployment readiness efforts. The role will collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, data migration, and testing teams to ensure integration capabilities are delivered in alignment with Agile release schedules.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in systems analysis, integration analysis, or application support
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse, Azure Data Services, etc.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Experience documenting interfaces, workflows, and system interactions
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration concepts in a Microsoft environment
  • Experience supporting testing and validation activities
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of data mapping and data exchange concepts
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government clearances, if applicable.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Washington, DC during the discovery and planning phase of the project
  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Experience with Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or API Management
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Experience with Power Platform or Dataverse
  • Experience supporting cloud modernization initiatives
  • Experience with REST APIs and integration testing tools
  • Active Federal Government Public Trust clearance

Salary range

  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year
