SciTec is seeking an Integration Lead who is responsible for leading the technical integration efforts for a large-scale infrastructure program. This involves overseeing the seamless integration of various data sources, processing pipelines, and infrastructure components to meet complex mission requirements. The lead will manage the entire data processing lifecycle, from data ingestion and transformation to deployment, while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Duties performed in Aurora, CO and Boulder, CO.
Integration Lead responsibilities include:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers focused on data processing and infrastructure integration. Provide technical direction and serve as the subject matter expert for all integration-related activities.
- Systems Integration: Coordinate the integration of various systems, including internal and external tools and data sources, legacy systems, and modernized platforms. Define and manage data flows, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point-of-contact for mission-related integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior leadership to align on requirements and drive successful outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to data integration and infrastructure, such as performance bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities. Develop proactive mitigation strategies to address these challenges throughout the program lifecycle.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs), architectural diagrams, data flow diagrams, and requirements verification reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
The following minimum qualifications are required for the position:
- A Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
- At least 10 years of experience of systems integration and verification experience
- Knowledgeable in systems engineering and IV&V engineering principles and work products for software programs
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills to assist in preparation of technical presentation material to internal and external customers and at program technical reviews, as well as to provide status of task progress of work products to team lead
- Secret Security clearance is mandatory
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $148,000 - $172,000/ year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
