The Intern will support departmental teams in day-to-day operations and projects across areas such as project operations, safety, technical services, information technology, accounting, or engineering. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional environment while assisting with administrative, technical, and operational tasks that contribute to the success of ongoing projects and organizational initiatives. - Assist with departmental projects, research, and operational activities.
- Support documentation, reporting, and data tracking related to departmental functions.
- Participate in meetings, safety briefings, and project discussions as appropriate.
- Help maintain organized records, files, and project documentation.
- Conduct research and gather data to support technical, operational, or financial analysis.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Support compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes.
- Perform general administrative or technical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Assist with special projects or day to day administrative tasks.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Pursuing a degree related to Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); other technical software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of project management or business operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in the industry and professional development.
