- Reconcile inventory locations and inventory accuracy for SDC locations, include working with all plants, vendors and SDC supervision for accuracy and integrity of all inventory bin locations.
- Conduct inventory root cause analysis.
- Collect transactional data for inventory accuracy analysis.
- Determine financial impact of inventory gaps.
- Create and maintain financial reporting related to inventory transactions and financial impact.
- Investigate OSD issues with JTM shipping to conclusion as needed including misship.
- Maintain monthly inventory reconciliations, produce inventory reports on a regular basis for management.
- Train employees as needed in proper transaction application to maintain inventory accuracy and financial allocation.
- Review and report aging inventory to manager as well as root cause if mis rotated by WCS software.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

- Position requires a demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through projects in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to review and reconcile inventory movements from production into warehouse storage within the Company ERP system is required.
- Must be able to trouble shoot issues as they arise.
- Ability to use handling equipment and WCS tools to count and/or reconcile inventory errors.
- A minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing environment needed.
- Must have good computer skills with accuracy being important as well as the ability to analyze data.
- Must be able to do repetitive lifting of up to 40-pound units.
- This is an onsite position.
