As our IPTV/Digital Specialist – Part-Time, you will support the daily operation and content management of IPTV and LED signage systems at the Rose Quarter. You’ll work directly with software platforms like Tripleplay and LiveSync to ensure timely and accurate content delivery, and you’ll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to help elevate the fan experience through dynamic digital storytelling and innovative signage.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist in the management of CMS platforms, including Tripleplay and LiveSync, which control IPTV and LED bowl signage systems.
  • Schedule and upload creative content for IPTV and LiveSync systems, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Collaborate with Levy to ensure menus are in working order and current.
  • Coordinate with the Partnership team and other TBI departments to schedule and report on sponsored content
  • Maintain quality control and uphold technical standards for all content and visual layouts.
  • Continuously research new technologies and ideas to enhance the fan experience and engage with counterparts at other venues to share best practices in digital signage.
  • Oversee and coordinate the distribution of digital signage assets across IPTV and ANC LED displays throughout the Rose Quarter.
  • Coordinate pre-game with LED operators (ANC) about scheduled content. Prepare and test new content pre-event for quality control.
  • Coordinate asset distribution with internal teams and external partners, and provide playback specifications to content creators supporting Rose Quarter signage.
  • Serve as a backup for ANC software operations, including preloading content when the primary operator is unavailable.
  • Create, track, and monitor issue tickets in Zendesk
  • Contribute to various tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the Technology Team.

  • Have strong organizational skills and are able tobalance multiple projects at once.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are tech-savvy and willing to keep up with industry trends and innovations in the digital signage industry.
  • Have live-event experience, including the ability to pivot quickly to changing priorities.
  • Possess working knowledge of video formats and codecs.
  • Are able to work a part-time, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays, depending on Rose Quarter event schedule.
