The IT Martech Product Owner III provides strategic leadership for Martech products, shaping long-term vision and aligning initiatives with enterprise objectives. This role oversees complex integrations, validates business requirements, and ensures products deliver measurable value across the organization.
What's On Your Plate
• Develop long-term product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Align product strategy with enterprise objectives and market trends.
• Possess deep understanding of CDP, CEP, and Loyalty Martech ecosystems and how they integrate with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee gathering and validation of business requirements for complex Martech initiatives.
• Oversee backlog prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure roadmap reflects strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Direct the implementation of integrations between Martech systems for enterprise scalability.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Incorporate market and user feedback into strategic decisions.
• Direct delivery of complex features and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure rollout plans maximize adoption and business impact.

Your Recipe for Success
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting concepts to various audiences required
• Strong technical skills in marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with system integration techniques, such as API integrations, data mapping, and middleware solutions.
• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively to achieve project objectives.

• Ability to anticipate needs, questions, or problems, and think quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and resource efficiently and effectively
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
