Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple concurrent IT projects spanning infrastructure and applications. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of initiatives — including infrastructure upgrades, server and cloud deployments, application implementations, system integrations, cybersecurity projects, and digital transformation efforts — ensuring each project and the overall portfolio align with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of multiple simultaneous IT projects across both infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, end-user computing) and applications (enterprise software, custom development, SaaS/Cloud applications, system integrations).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and portfolio-level schedules, balancing resources, priorities, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of individual projects while maintaining visibility and control over the broader project portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, application owners, infrastructure engineers, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery across diverse project types.
- Monitor progress of all active projects, track portfolio-level KPIs, identify risks or resource constraints early, and implement corrective actions or reprioritization as needed.
- Manage project and portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately to senior leadership with clear, concise status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements — particularly ITAR controls on technical data, access, and project deliverables.
- Drive effective requirements gathering, scope management, change control, and stakeholder engagement across infrastructure and application-focused initiatives.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract deliverables for infrastructure hardware/software and application licensing/subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, conduct lessons learned sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices.
