The IT Administrator is responsible for the daytoday operation, maintenance, and support of the organization’s desktop computing environment and Microsoft Azure cloud services. This role ensures that enduser systems, identity services, and cloud resources are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. The IT Administrator is handson and works closely with users, vendors, and leadership to support productivity and business continuity. This is a hybrid position requiring Tuesday and Thursday in-office at the King of Prussia location. Shifts available between 7AM-6PM.

EndUser & Desktop Systems Support- Install, configure, maintain, and support desktop and laptop systems, operating systems, and standard business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for end users
- Provision and decommission user devices following established standards
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and workstation policies
- Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to endpoint systems
- Document system configurations, procedures, and support resolutions
- Manage telecom resources including cell, and VOIP phones
Microsoft Azure, Intune, & Cloud Data Center Administration
- Administer Microsoft Azure services related to identity, endpoint management, and device compliance
- Manage Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for mobile device and endpoint management, including:
- Device enrollment and provisioning (Windows, mobile devices, and BYOD where applicable)
- Configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines
- Application deployment, updates, and removals
- Remote support actions such as device wipe, reset, and lock
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, roles, and access assignments
- Monitor and maintain synchronization between the Cloud Data Center users and Entra ID
- Configure and maintain conditional access policies in coordination with security requirements
- Monitor endpoint and identity health, compliance status, and access issues
- Support integration between Intune, Microsoft 365, and identity services to meet business needs
- Assist with endpoint security initiatives, including device encryption, patching, and access control enforcement
- Document device standards, enrollment procedures, and administrative processes
Security & Compliance
- Enforce endpoint and cloud security best practices
- Assist with identity protection, access controls, and security policy implementation
- Support vulnerability remediation and patch management efforts
- Ensure systems align with internal policies and applicable compliance requirements
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work with internal teams and vendors to support business applications and infrastructure
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and cloud initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and user experience
- Maintain clear documentation and operational runbooks

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role
- Handson experience supporting Windows desktop environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration concepts
- Experience managing user identities and access
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Remain in a seated position for extended periods
- Repetitive motion such as typing or using a computer for extended periods
- Periodic standing or walking within office environment
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000
