Position_Description :
What You’ll Do
- Support IT due diligence for acquisitions, identifying systems, risks, and integration needs
- Coordinate Day 1 readiness by building project plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Lead post-close IT integration workstreams, partnering with internal teams and vendors
- Track progress, risks, and key milestones, keeping stakeholders informed
- Facilitate communication between IT, business leaders, and corporate partners
- Maintain organized documentation aligned with internal standards and compliance requirements
Position Requirements :
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions, including IT due diligence and integration planning
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders across IT, Corporate Development, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams
- Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple priorities and dependencies
- Experience presenting project progress and risk updates to senior leadership or executive teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking
Tools & Experience
- MS Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path (CPM) scheduling
- Epic/Story development in Agile environments
- Enterprise-level project documentation and reporting
- Experience reporting project progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
