Job Summary
This position is responsible for the management of the new enterprise level ITSM platform, ServiceNow. This includes developing modules for supporting management of Incidents, Problem, Projects and Portfolios, Demand, Resources, Knowledge Articles, Configuration Management Database and many other areas.
Please note: Effective 7/1/2026, this position will be titled Systems Support Analyst Senior and will report through Information Technology Services in Beyond Blue.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Preferred candidate will have 3 or more years’ experience in ServiceNow administration.
