What You’ll Do Day to Day
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs with customer authorization
Conduct multi-point inspections and make safety and reliability recommendations
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts to manage workflow and customer expectations
Document all work performed on repair orders
Maintain your personal technician tool inventory
Stay current with factory technical bulletins and complete required training
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty
How Success Is Measured
Master Technicians are evaluated on:
Targeted production
Targeted sales
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
What We’re Looking For
JLR Level 4 Technician
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of automotive technician experience
Automotive technical training (based on store needs)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record
A passion for cars and customer service
