
LDTC or School Psychologist
Qualifications:
NJ Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant Certification OR NJ School Psychologist Certification
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, exhibits professionalism, flexibility, strong written and organizational skills
Experience working in the public school setting preferred
Understanding NJDOE special education code
Experience working with various age groups and case management
Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal and Supervisor of Special Education
Salary: $60,653 - $115,891 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications

All alternate route candidates ("Certificate of Eligibility) must show completion of 50 hours of pre-service training through a DOE approved CE educator program prior to being interviewed for a position. The certificate of completion must be uploaded into the AppliTrack portal in order for alternate route candidates to be considered. It explicitly prohibits such employers from hiring a person serving in a position which involves regular contact with students unless the employer conducts a review of the employment history of the applicant by contacting former and current employers and requesting information regarding child abuse and sexual misconduct allegations.
