ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a data-driven, design-savvy Lead, CRO & UX to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead strategic UX design initiatives with a laser focus on improving conversion rates across client websites and landing pages.
You’re not just a designer—you’re a performance optimizer. You thrive on identifying friction points in user flows, ideating impactful changes, and validating them through testing. You pair a sharp eye for clean, modern design with a deep understanding of what makes users click, convert, and come back. You're comfortable collaborating across departments like SEO and Paid Media, leveraging those strategies to inform CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) ideas. You also enjoy presenting and working with clients to achieve their goals.
This role involves leading junior designers and UX analysts, owning A/B testing strategies, contributing to SOPs and departmental planning, and driving results through iterative design and experimentation. You’ll often refine or overhaul designs in Figma, translating qualitative and quantitative research into actionable, testable improvements.
To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in the United States.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of CRO strategies across client web properties
- Translate user behavior data and research into high-impact UX and UI improvements
- Develop and refine wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate UX decisions
- Mentor and guide UX analysts and junior designers on design best practices and optimization strategies
- Partner with account managers to align CRO efforts with broader digital marketing goals
- Occasionally join client calls to present findings or walk through strategic design updates
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years in a UX, CRO, or performance-driven design role
- A strong portfolio that showcases modern, functional design and measurable impact
- 2+ years professional Figma experience (or 4+ with similar tools)
- Hands-on experience designing, launching, and evaluating A/B tests
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance design aesthetics with data-backed decisions
- Working knowledge of UX research methodologies and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
- A strong communicator who can clearly articulate design rationales and test results
BONUS POINTS
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile teams—startup or agency experience is a plus
