As a Lead Power Platform Developer at Procentrix, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers and engineers in building and delivering innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
From a management perspective, you will interact directly with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that project deliverables remain on track. You will help facilitate agile practices, which may include serving as the Scrum Master or collaborating closely with another team member who assumes that role. You will play a key role in aligning team priorities, resolving blockers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
From a technical perspective, you will contribute hands-on to solution development. You will be expected to leverage your deep knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse, Dataverse APIs, and Power Pages to architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions. As a senior technical resource, you will also mentor junior team members, review code, and set development standards.
The projected compensation range for this position is $135K - $165K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
Required Skills- 8+ years of IT experience with focus on building Microsoft-based solutions
- Proven experience leading or managing technical teams on software development projects.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience acting as a Scrum Master or working within Scrum teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse data model, schema design, and administration.
- Experience working with Dataverse APIs and integrating with other systems.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Power Pages solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and management responsibilities.
- Ability to obtain federal government public trust clearance
Desirable Skills
- Experience mentoring junior developers and establishing coding/development standards.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) for extending Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing consulting role.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
