Lead Program Manager for Commercial Projects - 899
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Program Manager to drive some of our most strategic and visible customer-facing programs and projects. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates at the intersection of executive leadership, customers, engineering, product management, sales, and operations.
Reporting directly to the Corp VP & General Manager, this leader will own the planning, execution, and be the primary customer focal point for several complex commercial engagements. The ideal candidate combines customer obsession, rigorous program management, executive presence, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
This role requires a highly autonomous leader who can navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, anticipate risks, and ensure successful outcomes for both customers and the business. Key Responsibilities: Customer Program Leadership
- Lead complex, high-impact commercial programs through various stages, spanning initiation through execution.
- Be hands-on, managing the day-to-day schedule at the level of granularity required for project success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and partners.
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Team to drive execution plans that ensure customer commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Manage executive escalations and coordinate rapid resolution across internal teams.
- Lead critical business initiatives sponsored by the CVP & GM and senior leadership team.
- Develop program strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and operating rhythms.
- Translate business objectives into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes.
- Establish clear accountability and alignment across engineering, product, sales, operations, marketing, and support organizations.
- Lead proposal process for new commercial projects

- Bachelor's degree in technical field
- 15+ years of program management on complex hardware centric programs
- Ability to travel >50%, including international

- Demonstrated success building campaign-planning processes, integrated campaign calendars, and orchestration mechanisms across multiple teams and channels.
- Strong experience designing both market-shaping demand-generation programs and targeted lead-generation motions for enterprise or government-oriented buying environments.
- Experience owning campaign briefs, launch-planning mechanics, channel-mix decisions, and integrated sequencing across complex marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign planning, brief creation, asset adaptation, execution coordination, and performance analysis across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to personally orchestrate campaigns while also building a repeatable operating model for others to follow.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate marketing, sales, regional, and partner-facing stakeholders without direct control over all resources.
- Strong judgment in balancing speed, rigor, and practicality in campaign planning and execution.
- Tangible experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, generate insights, and enhance execution across marketing and/or GTM workflows.
- Experience in enterprise, government, deep-tech, or other complex B2B environments with long or high-consideration buying cycles.
- Familiarity with ABM-oriented campaign systems and integrated planning models.
- Experience working effectively before full marketing automation maturity is in place.
- Experience using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign development, asset adaptation, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination in complex marketing environments.
- Strong instincts for combining human judgment with automation to improve campaign speed, consistency, and orchestration without weakening governance or message quality.
- Comfort using a mix of AI-enabled workflows, external partners, contractors, and agencies to extend campaign execution capacity efficiently.
