About the Role: The Lead Quality Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for shaping and advancing quality engineering practices across JSX’s software development organization. This role ensures that systems are built with reliability, observability, and testability from the start—not inspected after development.
You will define testing strategies, guide automation efforts, and partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality software delivery across web, mobile, and backend systems. This role plays a key part in evolving JSX’s quality engineering maturity, including leveraging automation, observability, and AI-assisted testing to improve coverage, velocity, and release confidence.
This role is based in
Dallas, TX and requires on‑site work 4 days per week. Candidates must be
local to the DFW area to be considered, as relocation assistance is not available.
A Day in the Life: Your day will be highly collaborative and technical, focused on building scalable quality practices, improving automation, and ensuring reliable system performance across customer-facing platforms. Additional responsibilities include:

This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
