Job Description and Requirements
The Learning and Development Trainer I will learn, present, and master Trainer I level curriculum to employees in a formal classroom setting, as well as create a working knowledge of the Learning and Development departmental work-flows.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide enthusiastic, professional, and quality training to new and existing employees
- Teach new and existing employees how to recommend products and services to members to enhance their quality of life
- Maintain current working knowledge of the RBFCU member handbook, policy and procedures and information contained on the intranet
- Travel as required

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Less than one year of training/education experience
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Preferred:
- A degree in Adult Learning, Education, or Human Resources related field
- Financial institution experience
