Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stage incoming products for customer projects.
- Coordinate and arrange all outbound shipments.
- Resolve shipping issues, including damages and shortages, for each shipment.
- Use the company warehouse management system daily for receiving, inventory usage, and tracking in accordance with established processes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and highly organized warehouse and work environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels by performing regular counts and maintaining records in the inventory management system.
- Assist with the management and flow of staged project materials.
- Communicate regularly with Sales and Operations teams regarding materials and logistics.
- Process product returns in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage replenishment of stock and consumable materials.
- Occasionally deliver materials to job sites as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse or delivery equipment (certification a plus).
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive and decisive problemsolver.

- Teamoriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College coursework or technical school training preferred.
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Perform quality work within assigned deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Contribute effectively as a team member on all assignments.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication and coordination with team members and other departments.
