Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and stage incoming products for customer projects.
  • Coordinate and arrange all outbound shipments.
  • Resolve shipping issues, including damages and shortages, for each shipment.
  • Use the company warehouse management system daily for receiving, inventory usage, and tracking in accordance with established processes.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and highly organized warehouse and work environment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels by performing regular counts and maintaining records in the inventory management system.
  • Assist with the management and flow of staged project materials.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales and Operations teams regarding materials and logistics.
  • Process product returns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage replenishment of stock and consumable materials.
  • Occasionally deliver materials to job sites as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Competencies and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse or delivery equipment (certification a plus).
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and decisive problemsolver.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
  • Teamoriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College coursework or technical school training preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
