McCarthy Building Companies is looking for Lube Technicians to join our Solutions Center team. In this role, you will support our yard and job sites with preventive and routine lube maintenance on heavy equipment. McCarthy proudly offers our craft professionals:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively participate in Task Hazard Analysis (THA) meetings
• Performs preventive lube maintenance on heavy equipment
• Check, fills and changes appropriate fluids for all required equipment
• Greases, oils, and lubricates components during preventive maintenance
• Maintains and/or changes filters
• Completes paperwork associated with preventive maintenance services
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience with lube maintenance
• Valid Drivers License
• Proven commitment to Safety
• Work in an organized manner
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be self-motivated and can work well with others
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Abilityto performheavy lifting/pushing/pulling of materialweighing 50 pounds
• Ability to squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces
• Minimum age 18+
• Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
