What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be on the front lines of our manufacturing process ensuring every bag, tub, or kernel we ship meets the highest standards.
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery for popcorn processing and packaging
- Handle light maintenance tasks, lubricating parts, cleaning equipment, and checking for wear
- Minimize downtime by adjusting settings and resolving small mechanical hiccups quickly
- Follow safety protocols with care and consistency, using protective equipment at all times
- Inspect products and equipment for quality issues and report them promptly
- Keep clear records of production output, machine performance, and inventory use
- Work with your team to keep the line running smoothly and efficiently

We know that great people make great products, so we make sure you’re supported every step of the way. Also, you only work 1/2 the year working a 2-2-3 schedule! You’ll work only 7 days in a 2-week period!
- Hourly Pay: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)
Average Annual Salary: $50,232
- Night Shift Boost: Add $3/hour when working overnight
- Sunday Double Time: Get paid 2X for Sunday OT
- Work Schedule Options:
- Day Shift: 4:30 AM – 4:45 PM
- Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 4:45 AM
- Time Off Early & Often: 3 weeks PTO in your first year

Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
- Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
