About the Position ArchKey Solutions is seeking skilled Machinists to support our rapidly growing Prefabrication operations. This position is for a qualified union electrician or tradesperson with fabrication experience to operate heavy-duty equipment in the Prefab shop. The role supports production of prefabricated assemblies by safely and efficiently operating industrial machinery, including Wells B-25-3 and B-25-3C bandsaws. Our Ideal Candidate

- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and layouts
- Set up machines including blade selection, feed rates, and material clamping
- Maintain accuracy and quality of all cuts and fabricated materials
- Support assembly of prefab racks, supports, and systems
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
- Assist with material handling u- sing carts, forklifts, or lifting devices
- Follow all union work rules, company policies, and OSHA safety standards
- IBEW Local member or ability to work under union agreement
- Experience with fabrication, mechanical equipment, or metalworking preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must follow all PPE requirements (gloves, safety glasses, boots, etc.)
- Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and machine safety protocols
- Ability to recognize hazards and stop work when unsafe conditions exist
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand and operate equipment for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a shop/industrial environment
