Responsibilities

Salary:

' Pay ranges based on experience Pay, starts at $32.00/hr + Shift Differential and eligibility for annual bonuses

Position Overview:

' As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH on 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

' Mechanically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery, equipment and systems

' Rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions

' Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes

' Communicate, discuss, and/or review repair problems with Engineering, the Tool Room, Production Team Leads, or vendors as needed

' Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)

' Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time

' Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts

Perform other duties that may be assigned




Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

' Required Education/Experience

' High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

' Previous manufacturing experience.

' Must be able to fabricate, weld, ormachine parts as required.

' Must possess good mechanical aptitudeand have the ability to work on close-tolerance equipment and/or parts.

' Must be able to use math to calculatedimensions and determine equipment setups.

' Must have some knowledge of mechanicaltroubleshooting including power transmission, fluid power, and pneumatics.

' Ability to use various measuringdevices (torque wrench, micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators etc.)

' Ability to read, write, and understandwritten specifications, procedures, and prints.

' Ability to design and execute fromverbal instructions.

Familiar with CNC machines, punch presses, and spot-weldingequipment
