Description:
In the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), the Management Analyst I will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational effectiveness and efficiency for CSOSA in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and distributing key management and program information to ensure optimal workflow, resource utilization, and compliance with internal policies. The analyst will provide essential support to operating officials, helping drive continuous improvement across various programs and processes.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, gather, and compile records of organizational and workflow charts, staffing levels, mission and function statements, program resource use and availability, and internal audit reports.
- Review reorganization requests, performance and management indicator reports, suggestions for program improvements, and other management documents for proper format, distribution, and inclusion of required information.
- Explain reporting procedures and requirements to operating officials, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Compile and distribute reports on proposed program goals, budgets, staff levels, and performance criteria for review and comment by operating officials.
- Make and verify routine calculations such as standard cost estimates, production rates, staff hours, and workload figures.
- Prepare charts, graphs, and narrative information for management or program analysis reports using materials provided by higher-level employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience compiling and analyzing organizational data, staffing levels, and workflow charts.
- Strong skills in preparing reports, charts, and graphs for management review.
- Ability to explain reporting procedures and requirements clearly to various stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) background investigation. Additional background investigations may be required as part of the position requirements.
