We are currently looking for a Manager, Claims Servicing to join our growing team!
Position Description:
Oversees daily claims servicing activities and stakeholder engagement, managing inquiry resolution, agency relationships, and operational performance. This role serves as the primary point of contact for claims-related questions and works to strengthen relationships with providers and external agencies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee team of claims support representatives to ensure high quality standards meeting service levels and key performance indicators.
- Manage dissemination of incoming claims tickets and phone inquiries; resolve escalations and operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate and facilitate agency meetings, addressing provider and partner concerns and feedback.
- Oversee performance of systemic tools (ticketing system, Elevate, Claim Status Check Tool etc.) to ensure transparency, capability alignment, and long-term sustainability, enabling the team to operate efficiently and effectively
- Develop and deliver training on claims processes, policies, and system updates.
- Oversee claims reconsideration process.
- Oversee 835 Process
- Analyze and report trends with home health agencies (HHA); identify and execute education opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Partner with Claims Operations teams to troubleshoot complex or escalated claims issues.
- Monitor response times and quality metrics for claims servicing; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing detailed documentation and process evidence.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in claims servicing, claims operations, or healthcare customer service
- Strong knowledge of healthcare claims processes and industry regulations
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder communication, relationship management, and documentation
- Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
