  • Maintaining reporting and governance standards, and developing strategic-level reporting tailored for senior leadership and management committees.
  • Developing and maintaining regulatory and exam-readiness training materials to drive preparedness in alignment with established procedures and standards.

  • Strong collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Operational Risk Management, U.S. Regulatory Relations, the General Counsel’s Organization, Enterprise Program Management, Control Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit to ensure coordination and consistency across shared processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior experience in risk management, regulatory, or related roles (e.g., regulatory affairs, regulatory relations, compliance, or governance and oversight).
  • Highly collaborative and able to build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise priorities and able to understand and communicate linkages across initiatives and disciplines.

  • Solutions-oriented and execution-focused, with appropriate attention to detail.
  • Exhibits strong sense of urgency, including the ability to handle multiple and concurrent priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and tactical leadership skills, as well as sound judgment and decision making.
  • Project management experience, including cross-organizational coordination on large and complex projects.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Archer, and workflow-management systems helpful.
