
Manager Distributor Strategy
Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Distributor Strategy & Execution the Manager will assist with the creation and management of our annual AOP process, Forecasting, and KPI’s by brand/state of the Commercial Organization to maximize profit and overall AOP delivery. Assist with providing data-driven recommendations and solutions to manage depletions and shipments and work cross functionally to help resolve operational issues across the Organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Brand / Marketing teams to assist in building and distributing AOP.
- Provide data driven analysis utilizing internal and external data sources to recommend short and long term KPI’s for brand, marketing and sales teams.
- Own the allocations and new product development (NPD) forecasting process by working cross functionally with Commercial and Brand / Marketing teams.
- Assess Brand proposed NPD projects and provide data driven feedback on the projects volume and pricing assumptions.
- Support the ELT & SLT with a data driven approach to commercial strategic direction and cross functional alignment on strategy.
- Assist in providing business analysis and insights for distributor meetings and internal QBR’s.
- Create standardized reporting tools and processes to improve business decisions internally and externally.
- Perform ad-hoc projects or responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+years of progressive finance experience (Prior experience in sales / commercial finance or alcohol beverage industry experience a plus)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including ability to formulate business strategy.
- Outstanding oral, written, and formal presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, able to make quick, calculated decisions, follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Nielsen / NABCA, SAP or Tableau a plus
The salary range for this role is a base salary of $100,300 - $130,000 you can use this for the pricing manager along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
