Responsibilities

  • Prototype and evaluate new AI-enabled workflows, tools, and processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise Search programs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Search performance, content discoverability, and customer journeys.
  • Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations and scalable frameworks for adoption across markets and business units.
  • Serve as an internal expert on AI-search experimentation, helping teams understand emerging capabilities and their practical applications.
  • Translate enterprise-level priorities into actionable workstreams, frameworks, and toolkits for global teams. Lead planning, coordination, and tracking of multi-workstream program.
  • Monitor developments in AI-driven discovery, conversational agents, multimodal search, and emerging answer engines.
  • Support relationship management with key external partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity).

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, marketing technology, or related domains

  • Understanding of modern search transformation, including AI-driven search, answer engines, conversational agents, multimodal discovery, and emerging agentic experiences.

  • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools, automation, workflows, prompt engineering, APIs, or emerging marketing technologies strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate new technologies, run structured experiments, and translate findings into business recommendations.

  • Strong program management and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical or emerging concepts into practical, scalable frameworks and business recommendations.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving technologies.
