How will you make an impact in this role?

Finance Data, Technology & Transformation (FDT&T) is an integral part of the Finance organization, with a mission to solve Finance’s existing and evolving data needs by leveraging approved enterprise technologies to build scalable, reliable, flexible, and well‑governed data products. This position is a Product Owner role, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders and Technology teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. The Manager will determine appropriate data sources and processes for acquiring, enriching, and provisioning data required by Finance across the following areas: Financial Reporting, Operational Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, and Advanced Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance process owners and subject matter experts to analyze and document data requirements, including required transformations and analytical outputs, and convert those requirements into functional specifications supporting data acquisition, enrichment, and provisioning processes.
  • Serve as Product Owner for assigned FODL Profitability and Rewards Analytics data assets, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery coordination to support timely, high‑quality releases.
  • Work with Technology teams, Finance partners, source system owners, and other stakeholders to locate required data and ensure data architecture designs support Finance accounting, reporting, and analytics needs.
  • Design data acquisition processes that ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Partner with Technology teams to design, build, test, and deploy data solutions supporting Finance reporting and analytics.
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post‑implementation validation activities, including test case creation and execution.
  • Contribute to discussions regarding tools, methods, and approaches, and identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data Governance teams to design, build, and support data process controls.
  • Investigate data anomalies and respond to ad hoc data inquiries as part of ongoing production support.
  • Maintain documentation for owned data assets, processes, and controls.
  • Maintain regular communication with Finance, Analytics, and Technology partners regarding priorities, delivery status, and data usage considerations.
  • Prepare clear and concise status updates and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support adoption and effective use of FODL data products across Finance teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Technology, Information Management, Data Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large‑scale data platforms, including data analysis and validation using SQL or equivalent tools (e.g., BigQuery, Hive).
  • Hands‑on experience partnering with Technology teams to deliver data or system solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Owner or delivery experience supporting Finance, Data, or Analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and sprint‑based execution.
  • Exposure to Finance domains such as profitability analysis, management reporting, regulatory reporting, or advanced analytics.
  • Previous experience in Finance disciplines such as Accounting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Treasury, Tax, or Banking.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
