The Role
The Investment Oversight Team provides investment risk detection, mitigation, and remediation for Fidelity Charitable. As a Manager, Investment Oversight, you will be a key member of the team, providing insight into emerging risks by proactively identifying, researching, and reporting exposures that may impact the portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with opportunities for significant collaboration across the Investment Team and broader organization.
This role will be responsible for delivering the following:
- Analysis of investment accounts and composite data for changes in asset allocation and benchmarked performance
- Scheduled and ad-hoc investment reports, using a combination of reporting systems and tools
- Proactive risk management, analysis, and mitigation
- Project-based process enhancements to improve the reporting efficiency and risk-recognition of an institutional investment portfolio
- Timely and accurate processing of monthly investment oversight processes
- Strategies and remediation plans to maintain compliance with investment program guidelines and solve sophisticated business problems

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Proven experience focused on investment analysis and reporting
- Progress toward an MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience analyzing a variety of asset classes and investment products, including equities, fixed income, options, private equity, and interval funds
- Strong experience using Excel and working with visual analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to prioritize day-to-day responsibilities and longer-term projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain successful working relationships across teams
