Manager, IT Site Shared Services, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Summit, NJ. Manage the IT shared landscape across the Cell Therapy site IT systems such as Printers (connected to Manufacturing Network only), Scanners, Switches, WiFi, Laptops, Firewall rules, Domains, IT Architecture, and IT Infrastructure including Network, Servers, HM ls, etc. Manage IT LCM (Life Cycle Management) program as well as the roadmap for all IT infrastructure. Maintain and support benchtop systems for drug manufacturing operations. Support Excelsafe, Oracle EBR, BMRAM application. Support hardware validation and qualification. Support Network and IT side of label quality control and processing printing with MES and Bartender applications. Manage the system patching effort for various local IT systems. Monitor, track and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Infrastructure. Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure. Manage the disaster recovery of local computerized systems. Support any infrastructure related outages and outage planning. Maintain IT spares and inventory. (R1592883)

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $177,736/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience.

Must have experience with/in:

  • Cell therapy operations and its manufacturing process;
  • Bio manufacturing equipment such as Multisizers, NC202 cell counters, Melon Airborne particle counters, and Xuri Bioreactors;
  • CAR-T manufacturing applications and quality control applications;
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Integration with lnfobatch and UDM (United Data Management) servers for electronic records;
  • Network involved in Bio manufacturing and operations;
  • Biopharma quality control applications and devices;
  • Network migration and application migration and support; and
  • VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environment and deployment for manufacturing labs for best performance and secure access.

The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.

May work remotely 2-3 days per week within normal commuting distance of Summit, NJ.

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
