How will you make an impact in this role?

The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Our mission is to obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the business                           

The Digital Product Solution Design team within Colleague Services, is responsible for the end-to-end support, configuration, and strategic management of Oracle HCM platforms, including Workforce Compensation and HCM modules. This team drives system readiness through rigorous testing, release management, and integration oversight, ensuring seamless functionality across global HR operations. They collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve backend issues, manage data integrity, and implement enhancements aligned with enterprise goals. The team also plays a key role in platform modernization, governance and system strategy, making them a critical partner in delivering scalable and compliant HR technology solutions.

The Oracle HCM Cross Functional Manager within this team will be responsible for the end-to-end support, configuration, and testing of the Oracle Workforce Compensation (WFC), Core HR and Learn module. This role ensures the system is optimized for annual and off-cycle compensation processes. The manager will lead technical and functional readiness, partner with internal stakeholders and vendors, and drive continuous improvement in compensation system operations, directly influencing the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of global compensation, HCM servicing.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic implementation, optimization, and support of our Oracle HCM Cloud environment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across key HR processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration of Oracle Global Compensation (Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Variable Pay, etc.)
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional HR processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions for compensation, learn & Core HR modules.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have end-to-end Oracle global Compensation implementation experience include hand on expertise with Oracle compensation functional configuration (Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Variable Pay, etc.).
  • 6+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, with demonstrated expertise in Compensation, Learning, and Core HR modules.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional HR systems projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
