POSITION SUMMARY
As a Project Manager at Envision, you will manage projects across various departments, including IT, HR, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Foundation Mission Services. You will lead teams in defining, planning, and executing projects according to Envision's project management process .You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are documented and tracked properly, goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also support training initiatives provided by the PMO and play an active role in guiding and mentoring team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Manage Projects: Lead multiple projects across different departments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution in alignment with Envision's processes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead project teams that span various functions such as IT, HR, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Foundation Mission Services.
- Ensure Project Success: Lead teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide and Support Team Members: Provide mentorship and project management training to team members to improve their project participation skills.
- Tool Management: Use Envision’s project management software, ClickUp, to organize, assign, and track project tasks. Experience with similar PM software is required.
- Reporting and Communication: Maintain clear communication with PMO management and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, risks, and roadblocks.
- Support PMO Initiatives: Assist in delivering PMO-led training sessions and play an active role in improving PMO processes and methodologies.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field required.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of corporate Project Management experience, managing cross-functional teams and diverse projects.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Project Management Tools: Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, status, and challenges.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, keeping everyone aligned and focused on project objectives.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying issues, risks, and roadblocks, and adept at troubleshooting solutions.
- Alignment with Core Values: Demonstrate integrity, curiosity, passion, initiative, teamwork, and excellence in all project management tasks.
- Tools: Experience with project management software (ClickUp experience is a plus).
Licenses/Certifications:
- Professional certification- CAPM or PMP preferred.
