About the Role:

Resy is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our team. As a Product Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving key initiatives and processes that will enable the Global Dining Product organization to continue scaling and delivering best-in-class experiences for our users. The role encompasses various responsibilities including managing project operations for roadmap initiatives, driving end to end delivery of process and systems improvements, and ongoing management of current efforts designed to empower product and deliver on needs of our business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skillful communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment, operates cross-functionally, has a strong aptitude for process improvement and influences key stakeholders into action – all while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Define and implement unified systems and processes that increase velocity, visibility, and reduce risk across the product development lifecycle
  • Project manage critical product changes through project delivery and maintenance phases
  • Manage ongoing release management and roadmap activities
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, UX research, engineering, data, and servicing stakeholders
  • Support programmatic delivery and execution of Enterprise initiatives
  • Contribute to high-performing team culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ year experience in Product or Product Operations
  • Skilled at project management across various stakeholders
  • Understanding of software lifecycle management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguity and lead through influence across various stakeholders
  • A self-starter with strong attention to details
  • Approach challenges as new opportunities

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Salary range
