The Manager, Reconciliation Production Support will support reconciliation work, fund events management, incident management, Jira management and reporting, and all ad hoc projects to help the Reconciliation teams with upgrades to process’ and procedures.

- Participate in ad hoc projects related to developing, streamlining, and/or modernizing the processes and tools supporting our recon infrastructure.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- 5+years of related experience; Reconciliation or Fund Accounting experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of investment operations or mutual fund accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls over financial reporting preferred
- Proven team leadership or direct management preferred
- Proven track record to balancing multiple priorities at once
- SCRUM Development with JIRA and JIRA Agile
- Experience with internal Fidelity systems (e.g., InvestOne, FCR, OLE’s, and Jira) required
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and quality focused individual with excellent organizational skills
