The Purpose of Your Role

The Role
Learning Advisor
· Act as a Learning consultant/advisor to the leaders of an assigned business group
· Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in delivering programs/initiatives
· Work with business leaders and your organization to solution skilling efforts for our associates
· Align with and leverage global programs for greater synergy
· Work with multiple business teams and matrixed organization
Talent Development & Human Resources
· Participate in creating innovative learning solutions that enable tech, financial services or leadership competency building by partnering with relevant stakeholders
· Manager vendor relations and other stakeholders to deliver programs to required needs and standards
· Monitor learning effectiveness and analyse relevant metrics, working with the HR Operations team
· Proactively seek the support of HR Business partners to ensure that associates are enabled to leverage learning opportunities to learn and grow
Key Skills Required
The role involves elements of conceptualization, solution design, program management, stakeholder management, execution of programs and initiatives. Key skills required include;
· Learning needs identification & solutioning
· Functional skills around talent development and facilitation
· Stakeholder management and consulting skills
· Project and program management
· Ability to influence at various levels in the organization
· The ability to work collaboratively
· Exposure to learning technology platforms and ecoystems

Desired Qualifications And Experience
· MBA with specialization in HR
· 8+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing a variety of learning solutions
· Experience in Talent Development and consulting roles preferred
· Experience in technology / financial services industries would be an advantage
Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Shift timings: 9 am to 6 pm / 11 am to 8 pm.
