As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you wont just support marketing, youll own workflows, drive execution, and improve how marketing runs. Youll partner closely with marketing leadership and sales to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, data is accurate, and performance is visible.

What Your Typical Day Will Be:

    Own and manage the marketing calendar, workflows, and execution timelines
    Execute multi-channel campaigns and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
    Translate strategy into clear plans, deliverables, and milestones
    Build and maintain campaign tracking and reporting dashboards
    Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
    Partner with sales to support pipeline-driving initiatives
    Coordinate assets, approvals, and deliverables across teams and vendors Create multi-channel marketing assets across digital and non-digital platforms (email, social media, paid ads, one-pagers, white papers, and campaign content etc.)
    Manage marketing intake requests, prioritization, and execution flow
    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scale
    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What You Bring To The Table::

    25 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or program coordination
    Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CMS platforms (campaign setup, workflows, reporting)
    Exposure to campaign attribution, performance tracking, and marketing analytics
    Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data tracking, reporting)
    Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously
    Strong operational mindset with a focus on process, accuracy, and execution
    Ability to turn ideas into structured, executable plans
    Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
    High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Preferred Experience:

    Experience in B2B, technology, or partner-driven marketing environments
    Familiarity with MDF, partner programs, or vendor marketing initiatives
    Experience building or improving marketing processes and workflows
    Exposure to marketing analytics, attribution, or performance reporting
    Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Compensation & Benefits:

    Pay range: $34.00 $40.00 per hour (DOE)
