As our Mascot Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting and enhancing the fan experience through the coordination and assistance of the franchise's mascot(s). You will collaborate with our Mascot Coordinator to extend the mascot’s brand and personality through in-arena skits, performances, and on-court promotions.
DAY-TO-DAY:
- Provide crucial assistance to the mascot performer, ensuring their comfort, safety, and ability to perform at their best during games, events, and appearances.
- Collaborate with Game Operations and Events teams to enhance live or recorded scenarios featuring the mascot's character, engaging with the audience to boost energy and excitement.
- Determine the necessary props and equipment required for appearances, presentations, and events, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Oversee the coordination, storage, and maintenance of all mascot-related props and equipment.
- Collaborate with Game Night staff on coordination and timing of performances, skits, and promotions
- Take charge of the setup and breakdown of all mascot game day equipment and props, ensuring a seamless and efficient execution of mascot-related activities.

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
