Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program from an accredited institution and current Medical Assistant certification required. - Maintain laboratory competency and quality control training every six months (provided on the job). Must meet all CLIA certification requirements as determined by the Laboratory Director. - Current CPR/BLS certification required, or the ability to obtain certification within four (4) months of hire. Certification must be maintained throughout employment. - Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document patient information and follow established clinical protocols. - Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn and effectively utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems. - Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies and procedures.

Hours: Two 12 Hour Shifts a week, may include some nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Hours vary Monday through Sunday 8-8 pm and 9-9 pm.
