Previous experience in cardiology and the care of patients with heart disease is preferred, with demonstrated valvular heart disease-specific knowledge. Will work primarily with valvular heart disease patients and their providers, ensuring appropriate referrals, compliance with medical regimens, coordination of care, and appropriate follow-up.

Participates in re-admission reviews and is responsible for data entry.
