Position Summary: Come work with the best patient base you could hope for in a high-quality Hematology/Medical Oncology provider group. Full Time Nurse Practitioner is needed for our practice based in Provo, UT with offices in Draper, American Fork, Orem, and Provo. Job duties include providing medical care and treatment to patients under prescribed guidelines and direction of Physician. Perform physical exams, collect and document data, conduct approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order relevant diagnostic testing, prescribe appropriate interventions and medications, and contribute to excellent patient care. Ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual who is devoted to delivering the highest quality care while driving patient satisfaction. Must be able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work both individually and as a part of a team. Position will have a scheduled clinic and could include some hospital rounding responsibilities. Adequate time is allotted to see patients in a quality manner with appropriate follow-through and coordination.

Essential Job Functions: Included in Position Summary

Qualifications: Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the state of Utah including DEA number. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work well both as an individual and as a part of a team. Previous Hematology and/or Medical Oncology experience preferred but not required.

Hours: Office clinics and hospital coverage are weekdays 8a-5p, specific days TBD. Weekend call optional for additional stipend.
