POSITION TITLE: Offshore Division Support Manager

LOCATION: This is a full-time, Remote position. Lexitas provides a fully equipped home office setup, including a company-issued laptop.

PAY RATE: $80,000/yr

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between our internal business units and offshore service providers, ensuring timely, quality delivery of support services. You’ll work closely with divisional leadership to manage vendor performance, resolve escalations, and enhance workflows. From SLA adherence to strategic business reviews, you’ll ensure Lexitas continues to deliver top-tier service across every engagement.

Lexitas is a rapidly growing national provider of legal and corporate support services, including court reporting, medical record retrieval, process service, registered agent services, and corporate filings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive performance against service metrics and budget goals for assigned Business Units
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; present insights to leadership
  • Oversee staffing plans and ensure alignment with SLAs and SOPs
  • Serve as the escalation point for offshore service issues, ensuring swift resolution
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess and execute offshore solutions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation where applicable
  • Lead knowledge management initiatives, including SOP documentation and article creation
  • Manage invoice reviews, track project onboarding, and support new scopes as needed
  • Facilitate strategic meetings with offshore providers and Lexitas leadership teams

  • High attention to detail and organization in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, BI tools, CRM/ticketing platforms (e.g., Freshdesk)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in offshore operations or support
  • 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Experience supporting high-volume operations and working with global clients
  • Familiarity with offshore providers in India and the Philippines preferred
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or IAOP certification is a plus

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is not a supervisor position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
