The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, Signature Venues at Fidelity Investments, you will help implement flawless client and guest experiences for meetings and events in our Signature Venues spaces. By working closely with the Real Estate and Workplace Experience team, you will guarantee every event runs with calm confidence, discretion, and care. Your tasks include booking and assigning scheduled events and aligning operations, spaces, and services with company expectations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in hospitality who excels in deep listening and proactive problem-solving. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be key to your success. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be communicating function specifications and changes with various departments. While proficiency in event management software and typing is preferred, outstanding interpersonal skills are highly valued.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA in hospitality, hotel management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in event management software and typing

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Experience in managing events and operations

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
