About the Role
Drive sales, build relationships, and grow a well-established territory in the industrial fluid conveyance market. This outside sales role focuses on hoses, gaskets, fittings, and related solutions for B2B clients.
- Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Consultatively sell our products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop action plans and schedules to prioritize high-value targets.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotes for current and prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales materials.
- Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and support teams for seamless customer service.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and seminars to generate leads.
- Follow up on orders, shipping schedules, and payment collection as needed.
- HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years outside sales experience, ideally in the industrial hose, gaskets, or fluid conveyance industry.
- Experience in value-add or consultative selling a plus.
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; able to adapt to new technology quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight occasionally.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and customer-focused.
