Position Summary:

The PACE Senior Sales Lead is responsible for managing and prioritizing contact lists from multiple referral sources, making outbound sales calls, and ensuring the team hits daily and weekly call volume goals. This person trains and coaches Lead Development Coordinators on phone outreach, CRM workflows, and conversion best practices — and brings the same discipline to their own call load. They analyze call data and pipeline metrics in partnership with the broader Business Development team, translating numbers into action. The right candidate is organized, data-driven, and phone-forward, energized by the challenge of turning a well-worked list into new participants.What You'll Do
  • The PACE Senior Sales Lead owns the execution of PACE's enrollment outreach — managing contact lists from multiple referral sources, carrying a personal call load, and holding the team accountable to the call volume and conversion discipline that drives enrollment growth.

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and prioritize contact lists from referral sources including health center partners, EPIC lists, and community partners; ensure leads are structured, scored, and worked systematically.
  • Execute high-volume outbound phone outreach to prospective PACE participants; conduct introductory calls to educate prospects and their families on PACE membership and advance qualified leads through the pipeline.
  • Receive and research incoming leads via phone, EPIC, and web inquiries; enter and maintain lead profiles in Salesforce with accurate prescreening scores.
  • Apply the prescreen checklist to all leads, score clinical and financial eligibility, rank level of interest, and advance qualified leads to the enrollment team.
  • With manager monitor daily and weekly call volume goals across the sales team; build and maintain a structured call cadence and follow-up schedule.
  • Train and coach Lead Development Coordinators on phone outreach technique, lead vetting protocols, and CRM documentation standards.
  • Pull and present Salesforce pipeline reports including closing ratios, estimated enrollment dates, and weekly call activity metrics; translate data into coaching and strategy adjustments with the broader BD team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales function and the enrollment team, ensuring clean, timely handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the manager to identify process improvements and refine outreach strategies based on data and field intelligence
