Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer service inbound and outbound telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Works with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships.
  • Assists General Manager in managing customer growth and retention activities by serving as liaison between customer and Service Center to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are handled professionally, following up to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in outbound calling campaigns to retain existing customers and regain lost customers.
  • Participates in outbound efforts to collect balances on past due customers.
  • Assists in the delivery and service process by addressing and correcting routing exceptions.
  • Provides general administrative support by assisting in drafting and communication of internal coordination documentation, processes/procedures, customer retention activities, reports, general filing, daily route paperwork, scanning of documents and working within customer accounts to ensure accuracy of forecasting and billing.
  • Depending on location may assist with accounts payable processing and other office functions.

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.


Minimum Work Experience:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be a solid partner
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management, both internally and externally
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
