Position Summary: As a Patient Care Assistant, you will arrive each day prepared to establish professional relationships with both physicians and patients. Your job involves the scheduling of procedures, appointments, and tests, plus supporting patient visits by collecting info and making sure doctors have what they need to provide outstanding care. You enjoy meeting new people, making connections effortlessly, and making every patient feel appreciated and important. Your role as a patient care or medical assistant; you're often the first face patients see in the organization, significantly shaping the patient care experience. Don't worry if you're new to patient care; with at least two years in customer service, we provide comprehensive training for you to effectively support our patients and physicians. You're proactive in embracing challenges and committed to providing exceptional service to both patients and physicians. Representing a reputable company, you take pride in contributing to the excellence of the patient care experience

Essential Job Functions: Ability to work well with others in a cooperative and collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Willingness to travel and drive to different clinic locations. Prior healthcare experience is a plus. Assist with pre and post operative care including suture/staple removal, cast removal, etc.

Qualifications: Two years of experience in customer service or related role. We will train the right person! Are you a team player with a positive, can-do attitude? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently?

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 *This will vary depending on the providers schedule*
