- This individual will respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, and answer phones according to established guidelines.
- Will register patients, make appointments, and collect insurance co-pays and fees for services not covered by insurance.
- Will schedule follow up appointments, assist with daily clinic functions including processing mail, ordering supplies and stocking the lab. Process medical records requests.
