This position supports the efficient patient care and clinic initiatives for improving patient attendance and keeping attendance records.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThis position requires the ability to multi-task, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both in person and telephone, organizational and computer skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
