Position: Pediatrician – East Boston
NeighborHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Pediatrician for our well-established outpatient Pediatric Practice in East Boston.
Our pediatric department sees more than 60,000 visits a year. In addition to offering well-child care, we have a same-day sick clinic for illness and same-day concerns, supported by an onsite laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy. We also offer many resources to wrap around the needs of our patients including:

- Pediatric Asthma program
- Dental and Vision clinics

As a community health center, we are an integral part of our community, partnering with the East Boston Social Center, helping children get ready for kindergarten. We also partner with Eastie Coalition, helping youths and families stay healthy, preventing/reducing substance abuse, improving mental health and healthy relationships. Our Let’s Get Movin’ program sponsors a community farmer’s market and a community 5k run/walk. We also have a community wellness and resource center to help connect our patients to needed resources.
Position Details:
- Full-time position which includes one evening shift per week and one weekend day/month
- Limited call requirement: approximately 2–3 times per year
- Mix of sick clinic and primary care
- Well-established patient panel
- Privileges obtained at Boston Medical Center
- Epic EMR/Haiku
- Integration of AI Ambient Listening to help with note-writing
- Excellent support staff: team-based care including physicians, PCP and anchor nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, on-site behavioral health support, readily available interpreters, and care navigators
- Extensive network of local specialists through Boston Medical Center and surrounding local hospitals

- BC/BE Pediatrician
- Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful, though not required
- Passion for providing patient-centered, community-focused care
