The People Support Representative is responsible for supporting Human Resources’ new hire processes, ongoing compliance and internal customer service, and HRIS and file maintenance for employees.Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources responsibilities
• Knowledge of recruitment and general Human Resources administration
• Proficient in computer use and strong recordkeeping skills
• Good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Conducts onboarding with candidates to collect and verify required documentation and assists candidates with completion of onboarding tasks, processing of new hire forms and other required paperwork as needed.
-Ensures accuracy and completion of new hire processing and information, tracking completion of all new hire paperwork and receipt of necessary background clearances for assigned candidates
• Processes background screenings, drug screening and DMV checks on all newly hired employees.
• Coordinates onboarding of new hire employees and transferred employees with recruitment.
- Maintains compliance with all organizational procedures, regulatory agency guidelines, and applicable State and Federal requirements in processing and onboarding candidates.
- Processes new hire information, employee information changes, updates and renewals in HR system.
• Sets-up and maintains employee personnel files.
• Assists in the management of call/fax and email volume for employee and manager HR inquiries.
• Reviews documents for compliance with HR policy.
- Process employee information changes, such as job changes and terminations, into HR system.
- Processes PTO adjustments, tuition reimbursement, overpayments, physician rounding, Core Values/Service Awards; and various other transactions.
- Processes and responds to subpoena requests.
- Maintains MVR Report to support compliance efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation Pay Range:
$19.67 - $28.34This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
